Autumn Ni Dubhghaill multi-instrumentalista és Jon McGrath csellista a századfordulón hívta életre Forever Autumn nevű avantgárd hangvételű akusztikus doom, pogány folk projekt. Működésük alatt számos demót, EP-t és 4 nagy lemezt adtak ki, legutóbbi a 2019-eb megjelent Howls in the Forest at Dusk volt. A duó a téli napfordulókor The Forest and the Nyght dalával tért vissza, amelyben a My Dying Bride énekese Aaron Stainthorpe vendégeskedik. A dal 2023 február 3-án megjelenő Crowned in Skulls című új öt dalos EP-jükön kap helyet.
