Október 25. a hivatalos megjelenési dátuma a Sepultura The Mediator Between Head And Hands Must Be The Heart című új lemezének. A lentebb látható borító a szintén brazil Alexandre Wagner munkája. Az anyagot Fritz Lang 1927-es Metropolis című filmje ihlette, de ezúttal nem konceptlemez született ellentétben a Dante XXI és az A-Lex anyagokkal, melyek inspirálója a The Divine Comedy, illetve az A Clockwork Orange volt.
