A francia death metal banda Chronicles of the Doomed Worlds – Part I. Enlightenment from Beyond című albumára kilenc (Cannibal Corpse, Morbid Angel, Nile hatásokat mutató, H.P. Lovecraft által inspirált dalt vett fel, s a The Nameless Shape már hallható:
