The Berzerker – stories of selfproduction
G’day to all you crazy fuckers. Luke Kenny here… Firstly id like to say a HUGE thank you to those how bought the new album. The Reawakening has been out for 1 month now. And its been a real learning curve for me i must say, things are running very smoothly now though. I never thought it would be so hard, the actual packing and sending cds bit is great fun. Its the accounting (spent half the day at the accountants again today, learning that i have to pay my self superanuation, workcover insurance and provide medicare for myself), even though i am the only one working for Berzerker industries. Trying to deal with retarded postal companies (been waiting over 5 months to get contracts signed)
Cd manufacturing (which was insanely close to deadline we didn’t have any stock to sell on our UK TOUR. )Arghh!!! I was pissed off big time..

But other wise it has been an enjoyable experience. Its been great having people send me photos of themselves holding the new cd The Reawakening (If you haven’t done so please do, ive been posting them all on the band’s Myspace page.) The band had a awesome time in the UK and Europe over summer playing some killer festivals and making a fuck load of new friends, cheers for coming out to the shows.
I have decided that The Berzerker will be focusing more on Australia over the next few months with a national tour planned for later in the year. More info soon. . . Are we are very keen to shoot a live DVD @ the Hifi Bar in Melbourne on that upcoming tour.
