A dallamos metalcore-ban utazó amerikai Wage War kiadott egy élő videoklipet NAIL5 című dalához. A felvételt a 2024. november 1-jei, az orlandói Addition Financial Arénában tartott fellépésükön rögzítették.

A NAIL5 a banda 2024-es STIGMA című albumukról származik. A floridai székhelyű banda hamarosan új EP-t ad ki IT CALLS ME BY NAME címmel, amely április 17-én jelenik meg. Erről SONG OF THE SWAMP daluk videóját osztották meg.

Lex Legion néven új banda alakult, amely nem akármilyen nevekből, a King Diamond 1988-as Them és 1989-es Conspiracy lemezeinek hangszereseiből állt össze, kiegészülve a Pagan’s Mind torkával. A banda tagjai: Nils K. Rue – ének, Andy LaRocque – gitár, Pete Blakk – gitár, Hal Patino – basszusgitár és Mikkey Dee – dobok. A rendkívül nagy tapasztalattal bíró zenészek bemutatkozó lemeze június 16-án lát majd napvilágot az MNRK Heavy kiadó égisze alatt. A zenekar nevét viselő albumról máris meghallgatható a Sleep Eternally című tétel. A dal és a banda nem árul zsákbamacskát: vérprofi, ízléses heavy metalt játszanak némi King Diamond-beütéssel.

Öt év után új albumával tér vissza a svéd doom metal trió, a Monolord. Neverending címet viselő album május 29-én jelenik meg a Relapse Records gondozásában. A nyolc dalos album a zenekar számos jegyeit hordozza:  lassú, vaskos doom-hangzás, dinamikus groove-centrikus riffek és elnyújtott pszichedélia. Első videóját You Bastard című daluk kapta meg.

Advanced Cripple Shaming címmel osztott meg új single-dalt és annak videoklipét a brutal death metalt grindcore-ral ötvöző belga Gore Force V. A banda április 11-én adja ki Annus Porkus Oinkus címet viselő második nagylemezét, amihez ez a klip szolgáltat kedvcsinálót. Jó szórakozást!

Közel egy hónapja számoltunk be a Guilt Trip három dalos God Forgives EP-jéről. A brit hardcore új generációjának is mondott zenekar sokáig tétlenkedett. Nemrég kötötték meg új lemezük szerződését a Roadrunner Records kiadóval, ami Armour of Angels címmel június 5-én fog megjelenni. Erről No Love Lost daluk hivatalos videóját mutatták be.

Március 27-én Nightmare Tripping címmel adta ki új albumát az alternatív rock / post-hardcore / electro-pop rockban utazó Don Broco. A brit zenekar Sam Carter (Architects) vendégszereplésével késztette el új dalának, a True Believers hivatalos videóját.

A Don Broco új lemezén úgy tudta újradefiniálni a hangzását, miközben hű maradt a gyökereihez. Ezt a zenekar énekese Rob Damiani annak a mély kapcsolatnak tulajdonítja, amely a tagok között még tinédzserkorukban alakult ki.

„A csapatban mind a négyen nagyon erős elképzelésekkel rendelkezünk a dalszerzésről, ezért tart nálunk sokszor tovább egy album megírása, mint más bandáknál. Amíg nyitott a kommunikáció, és mindenki ötlete teret kap, végül mindig a legjobb megoldás születik meg. Ez a nyitottság és az egymásra figyelés – valamint a szokatlan ötletek befogadása – áll a Nightmare Tripping erejének és úttörő jellegének középpontjában. Ez nem egyetlen ember víziója, hanem a zenekar minden tagjának közös alkotása. Egy olyan üzenet, amelyre a világnak most nagy szüksége van.”

Új kislemezes dalának, a Vanilla Latte klipjével jelentkezett a nonkonformizmus és a vad hardcore-punk jegyében tevékenykedő The Barbarians Of California.

„A Vanilla Latte esetében visszatértünk a thrashes oldalunkhoz, a szokásos adag szarkazmussal és tiszteletlenséggel megspékelve. A hozzá készült klipet teljes egészében a ShipRocked hajóúton forgattuk. Nagyon jó móka volt!”

„Bomb To A Knife Fight” egy 162 másodpercnyi lüktető, büntető és megosztó zajt tartalmaz. Ez volt az első dal, amit megírtunk, miután befejeztük a Deftones-szal és az IDLES-szel közös turnénkat. A minden este élőben fellépés perspektívája is szerepet játszott ennek a dalnak a létrehozásában. Az old-school hip-hop iránti szeretetünk pedig egy kicsit átragyoghat ezen.”
