A Cobalt lemondani kényszerült az amerikai turnét Charlie Fell (ex-Lord Mantis) lábsérülése miatt, viszont engesztelésül elkészítették a Slow Forever című daluk élő felvételéből készített klipet. A videóhoz a május 12-i krakkói koncertet használták fel. Nézzétek meg!

A Kauan nevű orosz, illetve ukrán tagokból álló post-rock/doom csapatról többször is olvashattatok már e hasábokon, legutóbb a 2015-ös Sorni Nai lemezüket ajánlottuk figyelmetekbe. Idén ősszel azonban előrukkolnak a zenekar hetedik nagylemezével, amelynek a KAIHO címet adták. Egyelőre csak a borítót tudjuk nektek megmutatni, de a zenei tartalom is érkezik majd hamarosan.

Izlandon fészkel a Beneath nevű death metal alakulat, az Ephemeris cím pedig már a harmadik nagylemezük megjelenését jelenti. Az új anyag augusztus 18-án válik beszerezhetővé a Unique Leader Records gondozásában. A Constellational Transformation című nóta ennek a lemeznek a nyitó dala, itt meghallgathatjátok.

A tavalyi Retrogore után sokat nem ült a babérjain az Aborted néven emlegetett belga brutális death metal brigád. Bathos címen újabb EP-vel gazdagítják a repertoárjukat június 30-án, amelyen két dal lesz hallható. Az egyik ezek közül, a Fallacious Crescendo már most elérhető.

A 2015-ös Polaris nagylemez és a 2016-os Errai EP után a progresszív rock/metalt játszó TesseracT egy vadonatúj dallal kedveskedik a rajongóknak. Ennek címe Smile, az alábbi videóban meg is hallgathatjátok. A dal egy nagyobb koncepció része, méghozzá a kigondolt történet vége felé jár, de hogy ezt album formájában mikor tárják a közönség elé, nem lehet tudni, hiszen még be sem fejezték teljesen az új anyag megírását. Addig is, a közzétett dal egyelőre ízelítőnek tökéletesen megteszi.

A The Haunted néven ismert svéd thrasherek a kilencedik stúdióalbumuknál tartanak. A Century Media augusztus 25-én jelenteti meg a Strength in Numbers című korongot, viszont már most meghallgatható és megnézhető a Brute Force nótára készült klip.
