A lemezen Vasvári Gyula (Perihelion) és Horváth Martina (Niburta) is énekel majd, Misha Doumnov hegedűn, Balázs Hermann pedig fretless basszusgitáron játszik majd.

Az osztrák Harakiri for the Sky post-metalja újabban a tűzzel játszik, legalábbis erre utal az Arson lemezcím és a Twin Peaksből kölcsönvett Fire, Walk with Me is, amely az egyik új daluk címe lett. Az AOP Records gondozásában készült lemez péntektől megvásárolható, méghozzá több verzióban is.

Az ausztrál Greystone Canyon a régi western filmek bűvöletében alkotta meg a március 9-én érkező While The Wheels Still Turn című korongot, amelyet Európában a Rockshots Records terjeszt majd. A Megadeth és King Diamond által inspirált zenéből az Astral Plane című szeletet tárták a nagyérdemű elé.

A Circles néven futó ausztrál prog. metal banda új zenei anyagot tár a közönség elé. A Season of Mist és a Wild Thing Records kiadókkal kötött szerződést követően, a zenekar közzétette a Blueprints For A Great Escape című szerzeményt. Füleljetek bele!

Francia vizeken evez az Eryn Non Dae. nevű post-metal alakulat, akiknek Astral című vadonatúj dalát immár meg lehet hallgatni. A Debemur Morti Productions malmai március 9-én eresztik szélnek az Abandon Of The Self című nagylemezt, amelyet ezen a linken elő lehet rendelni.

A Metallica budapesti koncertjéig már csak szűk két hónapot kell várnunk, jelen hírünk tárgya azonban James Hetfield színészi pályájáról szól. A Zac Efron főszerepében megtestesített Ted Bundy ellenfeleként, azaz Bob Hayward nevű rendőrtiszt szerepében bukkan fel a mozikban a népszerű frontember. A sorozatgyilkosról szóló film címe Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, And Vile, és jelenleg is forgatják, ezért megjelenési időt még nem tudunk nektek mondani.

A filmet Joe Berlinger rendezi, aki társrendezője volt a Some Kind of Monster című Metallica dokumentumfilmnek is. A James Hetfield által megformált veterán karakterről azt lehet tudni, hogy ő volt az, aki 1975-ben először tartóztatta le Ted Bundyt, miután az autójában betöréshez szükséges kellékeket fedezett fel, ám bölcsen sokkal rosszabbat feltételezett róla.

Berlinger a következőket fűzte hozzá:

„Mivel több száz órát töltöttem együtt James Hetfielddel, láttam, milyen erőteljes és karizmatikus személyiség. Egyszerűen természetesnek gondoltam, hogy ugyanezt a kisugárzást képes lesz átadni egy drámai szerepben is, szóval, amikor elvállalta a melót, majd kibújtam a bőrömből örömömben.”
