Az új kislemezen már Sütő Gábor vokálozik, aki Balogh Márk távozását követően érkezett a bandába.
Az Isolated By Illusions dalaiban továbbra is sötét, súlyos zenei elemek örvénylenek, a szövegek is ebben a hangulatvilágban íródtak angolul. Az intro zongoratémáját Zsolnai Beatrix improvizálta, aki Létai Peti zenésztársa a Tolnai Ifjúsági Fúvószenekarban. A Paralyzedben megszólaló kisfiú nem más, mint Ifj. Létai Péter, a zenekar basszerosának Létai Petinek a kisebbik fia.„

„Nagyon elégedettek vagyunk az album eredményével. A legnagyobb különbség korábbi munkáinkhoz az volt, hogy most egy másik stúdiót használtunk dalaink rögzítésére. Rengeteg ’60-as és ’70-es évekbeli vintage mikrofont használtunk az albumot rögzítése közben. Őszintén hisszük, hogy ez lesz a legjobb lemezünk.„
